As you may have noticed, I've added many new smilies for your use.
To select a smilie from the function to the left of the message area you may do so a few different ways --
1. Choose a smilie code name from the drop down menu in "Select Smilie". The smilie you chose will appear in the viewing area, and if you want to add it to your post, click on it. If the one you chose is not what you wanted, you can chose another from the drop down menu.
Note that clicking on a code name through the "Select Smilie" function only puts the smilie into the smilie viewing area and does not insert it into your post. To insert it into your post you must click on the smilie in the viewing area.
- OR -
2. Click on "View All Smilies" at the bottom of the smilie viewing area. A pop-up box will appear that shows all the available extra smilies.
Unfortunately, although all the smilies load, it appears that more are loading, and you can't click on any of them to put it in your post. This is more than likely a bug in the script that I'll eventually see about fixing.
However, you can still use all the smilies if you right click on the one you want to appear in your post and chose "View Image" from the pop-up menu. Clicking on "View Image" places the code for the smilie of your choice into your post in the message area and also opens a pop-up box that displaces the chosen smilie. Simply close that pop-up box as the code for the smilie of your choice will have been placed in your post and will be activated when you post your message to the forum.
3. Once you become familiar with the simple codes that active the smilies you like to use, you can also just type the appropriate code in your post.
Thank you for your patience until I can get an opportunity to work out the bug in the script for displaying smilies.
