This one is just too funny! Stern vs The Mighty O'Quinn! That little fool has no idea where this one is going to take him....but I have a hunch!
Go for it, Stern. It's time you and King Wood learned some very valuable lessons. I can barely contain myself with all this waiting. HURRY boys.....go get 'em! HA!

One thing I most want to see come of all this is that O'Quinn just mops the floor with Stern.

One thing I most want to see come of all this is that O'Quinn just mops the floor with Stern. I do believe he already is doing so. Stern just doesn't realize it yet. If this actually makes it to trial without Stern dismissing his Complaint, he will certainly be mopped by O'Quinn. O'Quinn is the better lawyer by far.

I have my fingers crossed that Stern's greed carries him right to that witness stand. I want a front row seat to that when Mr O gets to ask questions and Stern has to answer.

Hi, rachel! ;D I sure would love to see someone mop the floor with Howard. That's for sure. I think O'Quinn is capable of doing a great job of it too. Howard's days are numbered.

I can't remember where Rose's site is. From what you've posted though it looks like the case was dismissed due to jurisdiction which O'Quinn had argued in his Motion to Dismiss and that Stern can refile it in the proper jurisdiction. It remains to be seen whether or not Wood will do that or not. Wood would want to just because that means he gets to keep racking up a bill, but no idea if Howard would want to bother at this point seeing how nobody is paying any attention anymore anyway.

The court has told Stern he can refile in another district - Texas maybe? Do you have the link to the actual document dd?

Hi MTW, missed your post before posting back to dd. It'll be interesting to see if LW refiles in Texas, especially given Stern's multitude of lies in his depositions. LW will never take a case like this to trial because he'd have to put Stern on the stand. Will he or won't he refile? ;D

After reading HKS's deposition, my anger and disgust have been refueled. I think the thing about him that I find the most appalling is the way he insults the intelligence of people. He didn't know if VA lived in Texas? GMAB! He gushes that ANS was his world, his life was all things Anna. We are to believe that he spent 10-12 years with her, tended to her every need, knew how she supposedly felt about her family but didn't know where her mother lived? Yeah, right. I'm counting on the fact that his arrogance and lack of respect for people's intelligence will be what brings him down.

Howard, being the true sociopath that he is, tends to believe that he is far superior to others. He actually does not believe that anyone can see through his BS! He really needs a good wake up call! Ted Bundy was extremely arrogant too. Just look at where he is today! That's usually how sociopaths are caught, their arrogance is their undoing.

I also agree, Mrs D. When someone can sit and repeat the same lie half a dozen times, as he did when asked if he knew in what state Virgie lives, then you just know that they are extremely well practiced at the craft of lying through their teeth. I would love to see Mr O, or Mr McCabe get to question him when his lawyer can't step in and save his rear every other question.
