Can someone please give a concise description of what this case is all about? Thanks In 15 words or less, Virgie is suing Stern for influencing/encouraging Anna to defame her in the media. IIRC.

I just have one thing to say to about THIS particular case.....GO VIRGIE..You've got all the support you need out here.....Nail that bum to the wall....it's not about money folks .... This is about a Mother and her kids and ANYONE being stupid enough to think they can do what they have to Virgie Arthur and her family and be arrogant enough to believe that SHE won't come after them. IF anyone can show this bum that no matter how long it takes, HE has NOT won and HE will NEVER win....Virgie can and will. Thank you to the Big Guy O'Quinn! "I'm coming after you, Howard!" signed, your worst nightmare, MRS. Arthur. Moral of story.....DO NOT attempt to stand between a Mother and her kids and do harm. A REAL MOTHER WILL come after you and you WILL pay. Count on it, Howard K. Stern.

As I said about O'Quinn on the other thread, mop the floor with that boy Mr O and give Virgie a swipe or two at him while you're at it!

In 15 words or less, Virgie is suing Stern for influencing/encouraging Anna to defame her in the media. IIRC. O'Quinn must not mind throwing his money away in a losing battle. There is just no way, IMO, that this case can be won. All It's done is make Virgie a laughingstock. MOO Well, Okie Dokie, then! Thanks for the info.

What we have seen is only a small portion of the deposition specifically addressing the jurisdiction matter. I suspect that, if what we saw was any indication of the sort of answers he gave to questions, Stern is in big big trouble. He does not do well under oath, putting it mildly. Virgie's attorneys know who they are dealing with and I'm confident that the "good stuff" hasn't been revealed yet.

That's great news, rachel! ;D I think Howard's a good con-artist, but, when he's under pressure, like being under oath, he's easy to see through for anyone with common sense. There isn't enough water to keep Howard cool or calm under the pressures of intense questioning. Now, that is really amusing!
